Your presentation is the store window. From here on this is the time to impress people with your Products and Services. This is your big break!
You have only a small window of opportunity to get the message across. So get it right, Master this step and master your future. 


The presentation is also a process

The right environment is very important
Remember if yours is a home based business then THEIR HOME is the best location. If yours is not the find a quiet place like a hotel lobby, I dislike cafes and restaurants as there are always too many distractions ant their work place is absolutely off limits because of distractions. If they are people that you know and they are regular visitors to your home then this is an option but their home is the best option. I also always ask if they have a working DVD player.

Your Dress Code
Will depend on then person you are presenting to remember you know them in most cases. Dress sharp and blunt it down as required. Have a clean and hygienic look about you.

Be On Time
Be there before time they may have friend coming the first impression perception is extremely important so BE ON TIME. It can be very important with family and friends as it shows that you are serious about your business. They may know you as a person that is always late BE ON TIME they will notice the change and become more curious about what you are doing.

Establish A Rapport
Re establish a rapport with the Clients establish their situation the why they want to know what you are doing. Make good comments on their house or an item in their house a family photo. Over time you will be able to read from a person’s house what is important to them. And take a similar position but be truthful a lie is spotted a mile away. People like to deal with people that are similar and have similar values to them. You can only master this with experience and time the more you do it the easier it will become.

Very briefly and I mean BRIEFLY let them know YOUR REASON WHY you are doing this Business let then relate to you!

Keep It Simple 
If refreshments are offered ask if the others are having something. Alcohol is a definite no go! You are there on Business it is a Business Call.

You want them sober because your Opportunity could be the once in a life time chance for them to change their lives. Respect your Business and your opportunity and others will follow your example.
Suggest if they want alcoholic refreshment the have them after your presentation. Because you may be only asking for 8 minutes of their time! Play this very carefully for some people it may be another type of meeting the may need starting with A!

Almost all companies involved in selling will have a professionally prepared presentation suited to their company’s products and services. These have been tried and tested to work over time by hundreds and in some cases thousands of other successful IBO’s so use them. In my business we have an 8 minute DVD. I cannot stress enough to new IBO’s to make use of these presentation tools. 

At the Presentation I simply ask the person I am presenting too “can you please put DVD in your DVD player” and I hand the DVD to them they put it in and we watch the presentation together, this takes 8 minutes.

If I am presenting long distance, I send a link to the DVD and establish a time that they will view the DVD. I follow up with a phone call to the person.

It is after the presentation that most Network marketers experience Failure Point 4 (they keep piling on reasons why the buyer should take up their opportunity. The face full of pizza approach).The Selling part of your presentation Finishes at the end of the DVD in my case. Now is the time for moving on Questions fro you Questions like.

Question 1: What did you like best about what you saw in the Opportunity?

Question 2: Do you see any reason Name that this opportunity couldn’t work for you and your family at some level?

Question 3: What would you say is your biggest motivating reason for stating your new business?

Question 4: Wouldn’t it be great you and I working together as a team and we accomplish your goal?

Question 5: And how do you think your Partner would feel about that?

Question 6: What we need to do next is get you REGISTERED with the company. Name so that we can launch your own Business?

Question 7: I need to ask you an important question? (pause for answer) For only 90 days that you don’t work for me I am not your boss I need your permission to be your personal Coach, DO I HAVE IT?

Question 8: In this is for 90 days. The very next thing we do is the most important thing we need to do right now name is get you personally qualified, you got have a story for all the people we bring into your group that you got qualified .This is what they will do. so this is the perfect opportunity for you to get some product training and qualify right out of the Gate.

Question 9: So here is the plan for the next 90 days. I will Explain the Value to you and why the importance of EVENTS, The TRAINING and the home meetings.

Question 10: When an we get together so I can Coach you on the nuts and bolts of the Compensation Plan. And the correct way of inviting people to see this Opportunity?

I believe at this stage in their presentation Failure Point 4 arrives. This is the number one reason why people do not get people to join or purchase their products and services in Network Marketing they do not have the right questions and therefore they get asked questions that they cannot possibly answer because they are “NEW”.
Because people do not want to look foolish in front of their friends and family. Because these same people know them for what they do or they know them as who they are and they know that you are not an expert in network marketing. And as a result a potential business partner may not join your business or even become your customer. This is called resistance to purchase.

We have found a way to overcome this resistance, it is simple and I teach it to the business partners I work with. The mastery of this in of your presentation is critical to your success.
Knowing WHY this approach works is the key to success in your business.
Why do we do the presentation this way? Simple because it works not every time and the timing may not be right for some people but it works a great percentage of the time!
